This smoothie is loaded with Vitamin C and packed with healthy ingredients including pineapple, banana and chia seeds. It's the perfect snack or a healthy breakfast on-the-go to fill you up while also helping to soothe upset stomach or nausea.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh diced pineapple
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or dairy-free such as Coconut Yogurt You can use any flavor, Vanilla is a good option
  • 1 tbsp Fresh, grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy! 
    Tip: if you have extra smoothie leftover, try freezing in a popsicle mold or an ice tray and enjoy later!
