- 2 cups Fresh diced pineapple
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or dairy-free such as Coconut Yogurt You can use any flavor, Vanilla is a good option
- 1 tbsp Fresh, grated ginger
- 1/2 cup Water
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tip: if you have extra smoothie leftover, try freezing in a popsicle mold or an ice tray and enjoy later!
