Our goal is to provide encouragement and better birth education in a simple and convenient way. Whether you are a parent or a provider, we strive to deliver the best in pregnancy and maternal health information.

The Pregnancy by Design platform delivers the most pertinent, evidence-based education that women and families need to make informed choices about their care.

Our Comprehensive Programs Are Designed to:

  • Improve overall maternal & neonatal health outcomes through evidence-based education
  • Reduce unnecessary interventions and birth trauma

Our Core Values

  • We approach pregnancy and birth through the lens of physiology and how the body was designed to function.
  • Pregnancy by Design celebrates the intricacies & the preciseness of the human body as it relates to bringing life into the world.
  • We recognize the body’s ability to give birth with minimal intervention in most situations.
  • We believe that personality, knowledge and beliefs about birth play a large role in how a woman experiences childbirth.

The Pregnancy by Design Team is comprised of dedicated professionals in the childbirth and maternal health space.  One of the team’s unique features is a staff psychologist who has brought a whole-person approach, taking into account the delicate balance of the mind and body as they work and relate to one another in childbirth.
