It can be hard to know whether to tough it out and wait for things to get better or when it’s time to seek professional help. In this course, you will get very clear information about which things are going to just get better on their own, which tools you can use from this course to begin healing, and which things you really do need to seek professional advice or guidance about.
2. The Most Important Exercise You Can do After Delivery to Start Healing
The second thing that you can expect from this mini course is to learn the very first and most important exercise in your physical recovery journey. This will help you whether you have prolapse, incontinence, you are afraid to have sex again, or you just want to start exercising again. You can start with this one basic exercise to help you reach all those goals.
3. Action Steps to take after watching each video
And the third thing you can expect is an assignment at the end of each video, there is going to be something for you to do to actually take action and make steps forward towards your physical recovery goals.
