Avocado Chocolate Mousse
If you've been craving sweets, try this dessert that's just as good for your body as it is to your taste buds! This avocado chocolate mousse is not only delicious but it's also loaded with folate and will help fend off those uncomfortable pregnancy leg cramps. And best of all it only takes a few minutes to make!

- 2 Ripe Avocados Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop them out
- 1 Large Banana
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup You can also use agave syrup
- 1/4 cup Milk (whole, skim, almond or coconut milk) Or any plant based milk of choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Orange Zest Optional
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Spoon into bowls. Enjoy immediately as a pudding, or refrigerate for 1/2 for a thicker, more mousse-like consistency.
Serve with raspberries, chocolate shavings or toasted coconut flakes. Enjoy!
